Level 1 Explained

Spread the cards with the values facing you. Scroll through the values and click on the * button to get a quick view of that value. If you feel close to the value, pick the corresponding card. -The detailed description of that value is given on the front of the card while its behavioural indicators are given at the back. You must recall an experience where you exhibited these behaviors or feelings. If you can’t remember of any then think of a role model who embodies these values and their experiences. -If you identify with the value, then they give scores to that value’s indicators on the web app. Select another value if you don’t. -Start rating the behavioral indicators on a scale of 1 to 10. Each player must then give scores to the highlighted player’s selected value. After all players have picked and scored 10 values, their Top 3 values will be revealed. -To go to the next level, ask the Game Master to give you a Mantra that will inspire you to get to your goals, protect you from misfortunes and help you overcome obstacles

Level 2 Explained

The Challenge: You will encounter different challenges like “Making a Choice," Solving a Tricky Scenario," “Taking a One-Minute Break," figuring out "What's next," and "Creating a solution." The Reward: You will earn bronze, silver, gold and diamond medallions for solving the challenges. To solve a challenge, share a story or anecdote, real or imaginary, while applying one or more of your Top 3 values. Remember, simply stating your solution without a story or without connecting to your values is not enough. ‘One Minute Break’ spins are exempted from storytelling. The Validation: Other players must validate your solution by clicking on the thumbs up button. To earn a medallion, you must get thumbs up from the majority of players. If your solution does not ring true to the majority of the players, they may give you thumbs down and you will not earn a medallion. The next player will then take a turn to spin the wheel and so on. The Goal: The goal is to use and embody your values as much as you can throughout the game. The game concludes when all players reach the finishing point. Solve it like this: If the Wheel of Challenges stops at a blue slot, you must make a choice. If your choices are “Get a dog or cat/ Get a bird or fish/ Foster a pet/ Don’t get a pet,” your challenge is to make a choice while being guided by one or more of your Top 3 values. If your Top 3 values are Care/ Nurture, Fame and Security, and you choose to “get a dog or cat,” you must present your choice in a story or anecdote form while connecting to your value. Your story could be something like this: “During a weekend break, my neighbour asked us to take care of their pet dog while they were away visiting a nearby relative. I can’t remember a time when I had more fun as I did taking care of the dog. I fed him and played catch, took him for a walk and sat for hours with him. During that time, I felt very contented and I realised that having a pet and taking care of him would mean a lot to me.” Notice that the story is connected to the value of Care/ Nurture
